Charting the Course: Navigating the Future of PACE

Registration is now open for the 2026 NC PACE Association Annual Conference!
Join PACE leaders, teams, and partners from across North Carolina for two days of education, collaboration, and networking on May 6–7, 2026, at The Lumina on Wrightsville Beach.

This year’s conference, Charting the Course: Navigating the Future of PACE, will feature keynote presentations, breakout sessions, roundtable discussions, networking opportunities, and access to our Exhibit Hall. Registration also includes breakfast, lunch, and snack breaks on both days, as well as admission to Captain’s Night, our nautical‑themed afterparty (RSVP required).

Awards Dinner
The annual NC PACE Awards Dinner will be held on May 6 from 6:00–7:30 p.m. Tickets are $70 per person and may be added during registration.
Dress to impress — but feel free to wear your sneakers.
Please note that Whova limits add‑on purchases to 10 tickets per transaction. If you need more than 10, please reach out to info@ncpace.org directly for assistance.

Awards Nominations Now Open

We are pleased to announce that nominations are now open for the 2026 NC PACE Association Awards, which will be presented during the Awards Dinner at this year’s conference. These awards celebrate the individuals and teams whose dedication, innovation, and service exemplify excellence in PACE across North Carolina.

Nominations are open in the following categories: 

• Workplace Excellence Award (Team Award)
• Excellence in Innovation Award (Team Award)
• Dr. Marsha Fretwell NC PACESETTER Award (Individual Award)

• Service Excellence Award (Individual Awards)

Nomination Deadline: Friday, April 10, 2026
Completed nomination forms and supporting materials should be submitted to mbrent@ncpace.org.

Bootcamp Registration Now Open

Registration is now open for the NC PACE Association Bootcamp Session, taking place on May 6, 2026, from 12:00–4:15 p.m. at The Lumina on Wrightsville Beach. This pre‑conference workshop, Skin Health in Older Adults, offers practical, hands‑on strategies for assessing and supporting skin integrity in the older adult population. The session will be facilitated by nationally recognized experts in wound and skin care.

Cost: $80 per attendee
Bootcamp registration is independent of full conference registration.

Attendees will receive a certificate of completion (no CEUs offered). Lunch will not be provided; participants may eat beforehand or bring their own meal. All Bootcamp attendees are invited to the conference Welcome Reception on May 5 (RSVP required).

Sponsor and Exhibitor Registration for the 2026 NC PACE Association Annual Conference is now open. Organizations are invited to join us in Wrightsville Beach on May 6–7, 2026 to connect with PACE leadership, engage with programs across North Carolina, and showcase products, services, and innovations that support the PACE model.

Our 2026 offerings include tiered sponsorship packages as well as targeted add‑on opportunities designed to increase visibility and engagement throughout the event. All sponsorship levels and exhibitor booths include participation in Vendor Speed Dating, a structured networking opportunity with PACE Executive Directors and program leadership. Sponsors and exhibitors are also invited to attend the Welcome Reception on May 5.
