To support the quality, success, development and expansion of PACE programs in North Carolina, so that every person who is eligible for PACE will have access to meaningful life-care and medical health care programs and services.

OUR VISION

The North Carolina PACE Association serves as the trusted voice and advocate to assist with the advancement of PACE programs and services within the state while assisting to transform the delivery of healthcare for our elderly and frail populations in North Carolina.

OUR Purpose

The Association was founded in April 2011 to provide:

• Advocacy
• Outreach
• Communication
• Training and education services for PACE programs in North Carolina
• Support for organizations seeking to become PACE providers.
